Both Brown and Hintz will look to improve on their marks and move into the top 16 in the country to qualify for the NCAA Championships next weekend in Fayetteville, Ark.
Brown, who won both the 60-meter hurdles and the pole vault at last week's Mountain West Championships, will compete in both events on Friday. She is currently ranked in a tie for 15th in the nation in the pole vault at 13 feet, 10 inches (4.22m), which would get her into the meet as of today, and in a tie for 24th in the 60 hurdles at 8.28 seconds.
Hintz, meanwhile, is tied for 32nd in the pole vault at 13-02.50 (4.03m).
The prelims of the 60 hurdles gets underway at 6 p.m. PT, while the finals is slated for 6:45 p.m. PT. The pole vault is set for 6:30 p.m. PT.
