CALIFORNIA BANK AND TRUST STUDENT ATHLETES OF THE WEEK
IS WOMEN'S TRACK AND FIELD ATHLETE Kristen Brown.
• Kristen set two personal bests in her events, the 60-meter hurdles
and the pole vault.
• By setting her personal bests Kristen also set two top ten
Aztec records, she now ranks 3rd in Aztec history in the
60-meter hurdles and 5th in the pole vault.
• During her senior year of high school Kristen was both a USA
World Youth Trial Finalist and a Nike Outdoor All-American in
the 100-meter hurdle event.
• Kristen is originally from Columbia, MD and is majoring in
communications.
