Complete Results

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. - San Diego State's swimming and diving team dropped a 180-94 decision to Northern Arizona at Wall Aquatic Center Saturday. The Lumberjacks swept the meet by winning every event and improved to 4-2 on the season, while the Aztecs finish the 2004-05 dual-meet season at 5-8 overall.

In the final dual-meet before the Mountain West Conference Championships, SDSU struggled from the beginning, finishing third in the 400-meter medley relay. After a fourth- and fifth-place finish in the 800-meter freestyle, sophomore Caitlin Friedhoff put in a second-place effort with a time of 2:10.69 in the 200-meter freestyle.

During the next four events, SDSU had no swimmer finish higher than third-place. In the eighth event of the day, junior diver Lindsey Minnich set a season-high score of 225.00 in the one-meter diving competition.

The Aztecs will be back in action Feb. 23-26, when they swim at the MWC Championships in Oklahoma City, Okla.
