You will be challenged! You will get information that will help you get to the next level. The biggest challenge in goalkeeping, when moving from one level to the next, is the transition in speed and expanding your command of your goal area.

You will get ideas on how to improve in areas of:

Technique: footwork, handling, diving, shot stopping and dealing with crosses.

Tactics: what to look for in a shooting situation, angles, breakaways, dealing with crosses and the counter attack.

Physical: areas to improve to get yourself in the best position athletically in order to set yourself apart.

Psychological: the mentality of a Division 1 goalkeeper and how to train at a high level.
