SAN DIEGO - After a month off, the San Diego State women's golf team will resume action this week at the BYU Dixie Classic in St. George, Utah, March 24-25. The Aztecs will be among the 15-school field that also includes Mountain West Conference foes BYU, Colorado State and Wyoming. Teams will play 36 holes the first day, followed by 18 holes on Wednesday at the par-72, 6,216-yard Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club. Tee times begin at 8:30 a.m. MT with a shotgun format.

SDSU head coach Felicia Brown will bring five golfers to the annual Dixie Classic, including senior Maki Kamimura (West Covina, Calif.), junior Heather Wilson (Chula Vista, Calif.), sophomores Stephanie Arcala (Oceanside, Calif.) and Samantha Roberts (Carlsbad, Calif.) and freshman Malin Enarsson (Gothenburg, Sweden.).

The Aztecs' last tournament in San Jose was canceled due to rain to kick off the month of March. SDSU opened its spring slate with a pair of top-six finishes at the Aztec Invitational and the Fresno State Lexus Classic. The team is currently ranked 83rd nationally according to golfstat.com, while Enarsson is the No. 72 rated golfer.
