Roberts was SDSU's top golfer by seven strokes and beat her previous best for 36 holes by three, which she recorded earlier this season at the team's lone home tournament, the Aztec Fall Classic. Roberts remained consistent through much of the second round, logging 12 pars to go with a birdie and five bogeys.
Freshman Kaitlen Miyajima (Wailuku, Hawaii) was one of two Aztecs to improve their score on the final day, as she carded a 5-over 77 after a first-round 82, jumping from a tie for 69th place up to 57th. Junior co-captain Jackie Kazarian ended up eight spots behind Miyajima in a tie for 65th place after lowering her score by three strokes for a two-day total of 17-over 161.
Freshman Stephanie Arcala (Oceanside, Calif.) finished in a tie for 74th place at 19-over 163, while redshirt sophomore Petra Cole (San Diego, Calif.) rounded out the SDSU contingent in a tie for 76th place with two straight rounds of 82.
