CALIFORNIA BANK AND TRUST STUDENT ATHLETES OF THE  WEEK IS WOMEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER Courtney Clements.
 

• Courtney scored a season-high 25 points and the San Diego State women's basketball team held Cal State Dominguez Hills to 19.4 percent shooting in a 66-30 victory Sunday.

• Courtney finished 10-for-16 from the field, including 4-of-9 from beyond the 3-point arc. She added six rebounds and three steals.

• Last season she started every game and was the first Aztec to be named Mountain West Conference Player of the Year.

• Courtney is originally from Santa Ana, California and is majoring in social sciences.
