SAN DIEGO - San Diego State senior forwards Frank Caruso and Eric Wohl have been named the men's soccer MPSF Brine co-players of the week for their efforts in Sunday's 4-2 season-ending victory over UNLV, the MPSF office announced Monday.

In the win over UNLV, Caruso and Wohl netted a goal and a pair of assists apiece, including Wohl's game-winner on an assist from Caruso, to cap off their Aztec careers.

In his only season at SDSU, Caruso was the Aztecs' leading scorer with four goals and three assists and was also first in points with 11. Caruso boasted a team best 17 shots on goal, including five in a 2-1 home win over Sacramento State on Halloween.

Wohl completed his career as an Aztec with a solid senior campaign, including two goals and two assists. He is tied with Matt Couch for second on the squad in points with six. For his career, Wohl tallied 11 goals and dished out 15 assists in 70 games played for 37 career points.
