Started all 14 games he appeared before an injury sidelined him the final four matches of the season (also missed an Oct. 22 game against California) ... Played every minute of every game prior to missing the Cal match ... Averaged an incredible 91:34 per game ... Played on a defense that had five shutouts in the 14 games he played (one shutout every 2.8 games) ... In the five matches he missed, the defense had just one shutout (one shutout every five games) ... SDSU was 8-5-1 when he played (2-2-1 when he didn't).
