SAN DIEGO - San Diego State football coach Brady Hoke announced Thursday that cornerback Larry Parker has signed an athletic grant-in-aid agreement to attend the University and play football. He will have three years of eligibility remaining beginning this fall.

Parker, who attended St. Augustine High School in San Diego, originally signed and redshirted at Sacramento State in 2007. He transferred and played for Grossmont College this past season. The 5-11, 175-pounder had 38 tackles and three interceptions this past season with the Griffins. Last season the San Diego native earned honorable mention all-Southern Conference honors on a team that spent much of the season nationally ranked.

In addition to San Diego State, Parker also received scholarship offers from Louisville, Houston and Nevada.
