SAN DIEGO - The San Diego State football program is set to hold its annual Red & Black game on Saturday, May 2. Gates will be open to the public at 9:30 a.m. PT at the SDSU Sports Deck.

Saturday's Family Day festivities kick off with Tailgate Town from 9:30 a.m.-noon. Fans can browse the annual Aztec apparel clearance sale and purchase SDSU gear. There will also be inflatable games for kids and the chance to meet SDSU student-athletes and coaches.

The Aztec ticket office will be on hand all day to help fans purchase season tickets and pick their exact seat locations for the 2009 campaign.

From 9:45-10:30 a.m., fans will have the opportunity to watch former Aztec football greats battle it out in the 2nd Annual Alumni Flag Football game. Multiple SDSU alumni will be competing including J.R. Tolver, Jack Hawley and many more.

The main event, the Red & Black spring game, is slated to start at 11 a.m. The contest will serve as SDSU's spring practice finale.

The action packed day will conclude with a meet and greet and autograph opportunity for fans with the 2009 Aztec squad.
