Aztecs Make 500 Notre Dame Tickets Available to SDSU Students
April 10, 2008
SAN DIEGO - The San Diego State athletic department announced Thursday that it will make 500 tickets available for the SDSU at Notre Dame football game to current SDSU students beginning on Monday, April 14, at 9 a.m. PDT. Student tickets for the Notre Dame contest, which is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 6, can only be purchased at the Aztec Athletic Ticket Office, located at Qualcomm Stadium, Window E. The tickets will be made available to current San Diego State students at the face value of the ticket, $65. Unlike the general public, SDSU students will not have to be current season ticket holders or be members of the Aztec Athletic Foundation (AAF). "We realize our student body represents some of our strongest supporters and we are excited to make this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity available to San Diego State students," senior associate athletic director Don Oberhelman said. Below are details on how SDSU students can purchase and retrieve tickets for this game. Tickets will be on sale from Monday, April 14 until Wednesday, April 30, or until the 500 tickets are gone. The tickets may only be purchased in person at the Qualcomm Stadium Window E ticket office, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Tickets to the Notre Dame game are $65. Students must have a current valid San Diego State Red Student ID. The ID will be scanned and there is a limit of one ticket per person. The ticket is non-refundable and may not be transferred to another person. Tickets will be available for pick up at the visiting team pass gate at Notre Dame Stadium on game day. Valid ID, matching the name on the original sale, will be needed to pick up the ticket. All tickets will be in the San Diego State section of Notre Dame Stadium. For more information, please contact the Aztec Ticket Office at (619) 283-SDSU.
