Coaching Experience
-Set to start his third season as the Aztecs' offensive line coach. Has directed three SDSU linemen to conference honorable mention honors from 2006-07.

-Came to SDSU after serving as the varsity head coach at Harvard-Westlake High School in North Hollywood, Calif., where he led the Wolverines to a 5-5 overall record in his only campaign in 2005. The team more than doubled its win total from 2004 (2-8) and claimed its first conference victory in three years.

-Has previous coaching experience in the Mountain West Conference, as he spent one season at UNLV as the Rebels' offensive line coach in 2004, under his former collegiate coach John Robinson.

-Was also a graduate assistant coach at UNLV on the offensive side of the ball from 2000-01. The Rebels were Las Vegas Bowl champions in 2000, while posting the program's highest win total since 1984.

-Has coached in the CFL with the Calgary Stampeders (2003) and at the junior college level at Santa Barbara City College (2002).

-Began his coaching career at his alma mater, Damien High School in 1998, and was an assistant football coach at Palos Verdes Peninsula High School in 1999.

-Played his collegiate football at USC from 1993-97.

-After redshirting as a true freshman, he went on to start 23 games on the offensive line for the Trojans and served as team co-captain as a senior.

-Helped USC to three bowl game victories at the 1993 Freedom Bowl, the 1995 Cotton Bowl and the 1996 Rose Bowl.

-After graduating from USC, played professionally with NFL Europe's Rhein Fire, where he was an all-league selection, the CFL's Toronto Argonauts and the XFL's champion Los Angeles Xtreme.

-Invited to preseason training camps by the Arizona Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs.

-A Blue Chip All-American as a prep at Damien High School in La Verne, Calif.
