SAN DIEGO - San Diego State will hold a pep rally for its NCAA Tournament bound men's basketball team on Tuesday at 12:15 p.m. in front of the main entrance to Cox Arena. SDSU head coach Steve Fisher and the Aztecs will attend the event.

SDSU cheerleaders and the Aztec pep band will be there to root on San Diego State, which is making its first NCAA appearance since 2002. Aztec Shops will host a barbeque and will be selling food for the event while Aztec merchandise will also be available for purchase.

SDSU (24-8), the 11th seed in the Oakland Regional, will face No. 6 seed Indiana (18-11) on Thursday in Salt Lake City, Utah, approximately 30 minutes following the Gonzaga-Xavier game, which is scheduled to begin at 5:20 p.m. MT.
